Hi I am a retrained chef who now teaches at a regional secondary school in NSW. My subjects are Technology Mandatory, Food Technology and Hospitality. My days are always busy as I am a learning advisor as well. Originally from the mid north coast I am looking forward to getting back there.
The purpose of this blog is to provide an area for my assessment tsks in ITC510, to be posted. I like to look upon it as my school text book, keeping all of my work in one place ready for marking by Ken.
The structure will evolve as I learn how to work the blog site.
