Csu's Interact (chosen this week for less technical difficulties)
* Display - Basic, not very pretty or eye catching.
- A box on the left of screen displays the names of the people that are involved in the chat whether contributing or just reading text
- Some participants found it frustrating with the restricted view of the chat, not being able to make the view bigger.
- Limit in colours assigned to users (7) so colours can change, making following a discussion less user friendly
* Speed - Again some participants found that with the size of the group using Interact, the data was being displayed and then would scroll out of view because more people were entering comments, making conversations stunted and disjointed.
* Usability- easy to use and to pick up the skills required to use Interact.
- some had trouble but mainly due to Internet speed and connection
- the users ability to type (speed) impacted on success
