Review wk 6 LC_MOO

Yet again technology has proved how temperamental it really can be. I think the lesson that we are continually learning is that no matter how organised the teacher and students can be, things do go a stray.

I set out with a plan of attack. I even thought that I may make the 11am meeting but alas it was not meant to be. This week I did receive the email with the details of the LC_MOO meeting. I also received my account name and password. With this information I logged onto LC_MOO for about 5 minutes before it kicked me off! I was able to download the 'Basic Moo Commands' as it was suggested to have a play before the actual meeting.

LC_MOO seems like......it is user friendly. I have read the LC_MOO log and it seems that people really started to enjoy MOO. The users on the log gave the impression that it didn't take much effort to learn how to negotiate the site. I would have liked to see the fridge that Thomas made. The dialog reads like a story instead of a conversation. This is due to 'Emoting', expressing emotions and actions in text.
