Professional Development in the workplace

Ning
LinkedIn-apparently LinkedIn gives the user the keys to controlling their online identity. If the user 'Google's' themselves, LinkedIn profiles rise to the top of search results, letting the control the first impression people get when searching for them online.(A very interesting approach to identity security!!)

Delicious-Delicious is a Social Bookmarking service, which allows the user to save all your bookmarks online, share them with other people, and see what other people are bookmarking. It can show the most popular bookmarks being saved across many areas of interest. In addition, the search and tagging tools help to keep track of your entire bookmark collection and to find new bookmarks from people like you.
